Road rage incident on northeast side leads to shooting, police say

The shooting happened just before midnight Tuesday night at the Amber Hill apartments.

SAN ANTONIO — A road rage incident at an apartment complex on the northeast side ended in a shooting, police said,

The shooting happened just before midnight Tuesday night at the Amber Hill apartments. 

Police say a man was shot four times but still managed to get to a Circle K on Evers Road to get help. The shooter ran into an apartment, but police say he later drove away in BMW convertible.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition, police said. The shooter is still on the run.
