SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police Department is investigating a theft that happened Friday morning at Parkway Boat and RV Storage off Wurzbach Parkway.
The victim, Dwayne Brock says hearing this news is tough.
“You feel violated I mean, you know, they come and take something that we all work so hard for,” Brock said. “I’m hopeful that the police will get right on it I mean the longer they wait, the harder it is probably to find it.”
Images were captured from surveillance footage at the facility. Brock says what shocked him the most was the suspect’s demeanor.
“It shows him pulling up, walking his dog,” he said. “He was very casual about it. He walked up to the gate, scoped the gate out. It was like he’s done it before.”
Brock told KENS 5 the suspect looked as if he was shopping the lot.
“He drove in. He wasn’t in a hurry. He had microfiber towels over his license plates.”
Brock says time is of the essence to get his property back. The manager at the facility says this was an isolated incident and they haven’t seen anything like this before.
“I hope somebody chimes in and sees this and if they see it, call somebody and let somebody know,” he said.
SAPD is investigating the theft. At this time police cannot confirm if the images captured on surveillance is the suspect.
