SA River Walk launches first-ever Restaurant Week with proceeds going toward a good cause

San Antonio hosts its first River Walk Restaurant Week, offering deals and supporting local workers.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio’s iconic River Walk is serving up more than just good views this week—it’s dishing out deals, flavor and community support as it hosts its first-ever River Walk Restaurant Week, now through Sunday, May 18.

Organized by Visit San Antonio, the new event features flat-rate, three-course meals for lunch, brunch and dinner at participating restaurants, all while raising funds for the San Antonio Hospitality Foundation.

“Visit San Antonio is excited to launch our very first debut of San Antonio Restaurant Week for the Riverwalk,” said Michelle Moon with Visit San Antonio. “And here we are on the banks of the historic San Antonio River, one of Texas’ most cherished icons.”

One standout stop is Box St. All Day, a local brunch-favorite known for its stylish vibes, bold flavors and full-day brunch experience. Guests can enjoy everything from strawberry cheesecake French toast to Moroccan chicken naan and house-made donuts—all while supporting a meaningful mission.

Guests are encouraged to download a free “Restaurant Week Passport” from VisitSanAntonio.com. Each time they check into a participating restaurant, they’re entered to win prizes based on how many stops they make.

“As they’re checking into different local restaurants, there’s different prizes that are going to become available,” said one creative director involved with the event.

$1 from every Restaurant Week meal will be donated to the San Antonio Hospitality Foundation, supporting local workers and future industry leaders.

“It’s a new way to explore the River Walk—one plate at a time,” said Moon. “We invite you to come explore, taste and see San Antonio.”

Menus, maps and prize details are available now at VisitSanAntonio.com.
