Authorities said 16-year-old Cameron Johnson has been found safe after he was reported missing Tuesday morning.
SAN ANTONIO — UPDATE: Officials have confirmed Cameron Johnson was found safe and the missing persons alert has been discontinued.
San Antonio police are searching for a missing teen with an intellectual disability, who was last seen in the city’s far north side on Tuesday.
An Endangered Missing Persons Alert was issued for 16-year-old Cameron Johnson who police say was last seen Tuesday morning on the 17000 block of Corporate Woods.
Police say Johnson was wearing a navy blue hoodie, black shirt and black pants. He is 6’2″ and weighs 165 pounds with black eyes and black hair.
Johnson has been diagnosed with an intellectual disability and officials believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
