Two people were hospitalized with minor injuries after a dryer caught on fire inside a north-side home, officials say.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department said two people were taken to a local hospital after a dryer caught on fire in their north-side home.
Around 9:02 Saturday night, SAFD responded to the 800 block of West Rosewood Avenue after receiving reports of a structure fire.
Preliminary reports from officials suggests two individuals were hospitalized after suffering minor injuries from a fire that appears to have started in a dryer.
SAFD said the fire was put out in about 20 minutes.
This is an ongoing investigation.
