Firefighters say the dwelling was vacant at the time of the fire.
SAN ANTONIO — A fire Monday night damaged a duplex in Monte Vista, according to SAFD.
It happened just before 9 p.m. in the 200 block of West Magnolia, in between San Pedro Avenue and McCullough Avenue.
Crews say that when they arrived at the location, there were flames showing from the backside of the building.
Firefighters say that nobody lived on the second floor of the unit and it appears that the lower level was being used as storage. Nobody was injured.
The damages are estimated to be around 15% of the dwelling.
