Sam’s Clubs throughout San Antonio are offering major deals to celebrate 40th anniversary
Sam’s Club
You can never have enough toilet paper, paper towels, and hot dogs. That’s why to celebrate Sam’s Club’s 40th birthday the retail warehouse chain is taking $40 off first-time memberships, according to a company news release.
Starting Friday, April 14, customers can be introduced to the store by signing up for club membership for the low price of $10 — the annual membership normally runs for $50. In addition, future customers can pick up a Plus membership, which usually costs $100 and grants card holders early access to the store, for $70. However, the deal is short lived and ends Wednesday, April 19.
On Saturday, April 15, members can visit their local Sam’s Clubs to get a free fountain drink and treat from the store’s cafe. The cafe will also carry a birthday cake sundae, which is available through April, for $1.58.
While there they can take advantage of member discounts totaling over $100 in savings when using Scan & Go™ checkout, Curbside Pickup and Same-Day Delivery beginning April 14 and lasts through May 1. The store is also selling special commemorative merchandise with a vintage motif.
To keep the celebration rolling throughout the year the Member’s Mark™ Food Truck is making pits stops throughout the San Antonio area. The club’s birthday tour is heading to several Sam’s Club locations during the month of April.
