SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Coffee Festival is unveiling a new holiday event to keep the coffee love going in other parts of the year.
The festival will host “Hot Holidays on Houston Street” on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will feature warm seasonal coffee beverages and other hot beverages, holiday lights and a craft market.
The event will span along Houston Street from the Alameda Theater to the Frost Bank Promenade with a classic holiday light setting. Guests can sample seasonal drinks from vendors like Hernán, Dos Perros Coffee, Olla Express, Pulp Coffee Roasters. There will also be festive treats from local restaurants like La Panadería, The Beignet Stand, Renee’s Fine Chocolates, and Amor Bandido.
The event will also include live music at the The Etta Mobile Music Venue and a local holiday crafts market.
“The event welcomes San Antonians to enjoy their favorite holiday beverages on one of our most historic and charming streets,” said John Jacks, Center City Development and Operations Director.
The festival is in partnership with the City of San antonio and part of Holidays on Houston Street, a new series of downtown holiday events that kicked off last year.
Tickets start at $40 which include a commemorative holiday mug, 8 beverage sampling tickets, access to food sampling, entry to cocktail area (21+ only), as well as other perks. Due to the popularity of coffee festival events in the past, organizers expect tickets to sell out quickly.
The full San Antonio Coffee Festival will return to downtown on February 8, 2025. Tickets for the festival will be available later in November.
