SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department said firefighters are at the scene of a heavy fire that tore through a west-side home Sunday afternoon.
Thick clouds of smoke could be seen by neighbors as fire crews raced to put out the flames at the home located on the 7100 block of Westport Way.
Fire officials say the scene is still active but majority of the fire has been put out. No injuries have been reported.
It is unclear at this time what caused the fire but officials say they are investigating.
