San Antonio Food Bank offering food assistance for flood victims

There are two locations across the region that will be open Saturday and anyone needing relief can go.

KERRVILLE, Texas — As grief grips the Hill Country, so does the will to give back.

Those at the San Antonio Food Bank are continuing to step up for flood victims.

Starting Saturday, there will be several distribution centers for those who need help and anyone needing relief can go.

Here’s where food and assistance will be offered:

Saturday, July 19

  • Kerrville Presbyterian Church
    800 Jefferson St, Kerrville, TX 78028
  • Leakey Methodist Church
    419 N Market St, Leakey, TX 78873

Both locations will open at 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. for anyone needing food assistance.

You will also have another chance on Monday, July 28.

Monday, July 28

  • Mt. Westley Conference Center
    610 Methodist Encampment Rd, Kerrville, TX 78028

The location at Mt. Wesley will be open from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m.

  • Lake Medina Shores
    7100 Whartons Dock Rd, Bandera, TX 78003

The location at Lake Medina Shores will be open from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
