Mothers Against Drunk Driving says San Antonio is second place in the state for drunk driving fatalities.

SAN ANTONIO — Mothers Against Drunk Driving and local law firm Hilley & Solis are partnering to try and make sure everyone has a fun and safe Halloween.

They’re providing free Uber vouchers so anyone drinking doesn’t put anyone in danger behind the wheel.

According to the 2023 National Highway Safety Traffic Administration, almost 1/3 of fatal crashes on Halloween involved drivers under the influence.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving says San Antonio is second place in the state for drunk driving fatalities.

Everyone has a choice, so play it safe and get free resources.

Hilley & Solis Law is offering free Uber rides worth $20 starting Friday, October 31 through November 2.

“As personal injury attorneys, we’ve represented families that have been impacted by these bad choices. So, we wanted to make sure that we can do our part,” said Carlos Solis, Hilley & Solis co-owner.

To sign up, go to the website here. You just have to type in your contact information so the company can send you a voucher.

This started Thursday and they’ve already provided half of the Uber vouchers available.
