San Antonio meteorologist accused of hitting a woman, breaking her nose, police say

Elliot Wilson, a meteorologist at KSAT 12 News, was arrested on suspicion of assault after being accused of hitting a woman, Bexar County arrest

SAN ANTONIO — A meteorologist at KSAT 12 News has been accused of hitting a woman and causing a broken nose, according to arrest documents from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department.

The documents show that Elliot Wilson, 32, was booked on suspicion of assault causing bodily injury to a family member, which is a misdemeanor charge. A KSAT 12 biography shows he has been with the San Antonio ABC-affiliate station since December 2025.

An arrest affidavit says Wilson was taking a woman to a medical appointment Thursday around 7 p.m. The report goes on to say an argument between the two escalated and Wilson hit the woman in the face as they were traveling along Loop 410. The woman reportedly was taken to the hospital with a broken nose. 

He was booked into jail early Friday morning.

Wilson has previously worked in Waco and Oklahoma City, according to the KSAT 12 biography.
