San Antonio police are searching for a missing 17-year-old with an intellectual disability last seen near Vance Jackson.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department is looking for a missing teenage boy with an intellectual disability, last seen on the north side of the city.
Authorities said Carlos Ruvalcaba, 17, was last seen on Monday around 12 a.m. at the 4600 block of Vance Jackson Road. He was wearing a black shirt.
He is described as being 5-foot-2 with black hair, brown eyes and weighs about 120 pounds.
SAPD believes his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
