The music lineup is as deep as ever as the rodeo celebrates 77 years in the Alamo City.
SAN ANTONIO — The return of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo brings another deep musical lineup, with musicians performing every single day at one of the biggest events of the year in the Alamo City.
And also, for these next couple weeks, one of the best places in town to be if you’ve got your dancing shoes on.
For Friday, Feb. 20, patrons who buy tickets to the 7 p.m. rodeo at Frost Bank Center will have the opportunity to catch Gary Allan, the California country crooner who has amassed four No. 1 U.S. Hot Country singles with his hits “Man to Man,” “Tough Little Boys,” “Nothing On but the Radio” and “Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain).”
As with all rodeo concerts, Allan is expected to start playing about 15 minutes after the end of PRCA rodeo competition, which lasts about two hours. The concert will run between 60 and 75 minutes, and tickets are available here.
