The music lineup is as deep as ever as the rodeo celebrates 77 years in the Alamo City.
SAN ANTONIO — The return of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo has brought another deep musical lineup, with musicians performing every single day at one of the biggest events of the year in the Alamo City.
And also, for just a couple more days, one of the best places in town to be if you’ve got your dancing shoes on.
For Friday, Feb. 27, patrons who buy tickets to the 7 p.m. PRCA rodeo at Frost Bank Center will have the opportunity to catch Ludacris, one of the new non-country acts on the lineup this year. The actor, rapper and three-time Grammy winner rose to prominence in the early 2000s with hits like “Act a Fool” and “Yeah!,” also reeling off three straight No. 1 albums.
As with all rodeo concerts, Ludacris is expected to start playing about 15 minutes after the end of PRCA Semifinals action, set to last about two hours. The concert will run between 60 and 75 minutes, and tickets are available here.

- Jamey Howard: 5:30-8 p.m. at the H-E-B Wine Garden
- Onda Caliente: 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the San Antonio Street Fair
- Meghan Marie: 8-9:30 p.m. at the H-E-B Watering Hole
- Rick Rice Band: 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Frontier Club
- Jackson White: 8:30-11 p.m. at the H-E-B Wine Garden
