The music lineup is as deep as ever as the rodeo celebrates 77 years in the Alamo City.
SAN ANTONIO — The return of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo brings another deep musical lineup, with musicians performing every single day at one of the biggest events of the year in the Alamo City.
And also, for a couple more weeks, one of the best places in town to be if you’ve got your dancing shoes on.
Rodeo visitors will have two chances to catch headlining acts on Saturday. The noon rodeo will be followed by Dos Borrachos, otherwise known as the duo of Kevin Fowler and Roger Creager. They formed in 2019 while on a songwriting trip in Mexico when, as they put it, they outlasted everyone else there.
Evening rodeo competition will be followed by North Texas’ Cody Jinks, who released his latest album “In My Blood” in July 2025. His 2019 effort “The Wanting” reached No. 2 on the U.S. Country charts.
As with all rodeo concerts, Dos Borrachos and Jinks are both expected to start playing about 15 minutes after the end of their respective PRCA rodeo competition slots, which last about two hours. The concerts will each run between 60 and 75 minutes.
