Authorities said Gomez fled the scene of a shooting on Feb. 5.
SAN ANTONIO — A man wanted in connection to a shooting on the city’s southeast side was arrested this weekend, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
BCSO said Trizeah Nathaniel Deleon Gomez, who was previously considered armed and dangerous, was placed into custody and booked in the Bexar County jail Saturday afternoon.
Authorities said Gomez was a suspect in a shooting reported Feb. 5, 2026, in the 5500 block of Doncaster Drive.
According to an arrest affidavit, a victim told BCSO deputies he was driving his construction truck with a trailer attached, which contained construction material. As the man was attempting to park his vehicle in the roadway, a silver 2025 Ford F-150 passed by and was unable to pass the intersection of Sweeney Road and Doncaster Drive. The Ford driver, identified as Brandon Lee Gomez and the front passenger, identified as Brianna Skye Gomez, began yelling at the victim.
Documents show that Brandon got out of the vehicle and attempted to fight with the victim. The victim then backed away to avoid a confrontation but said Brianna displayed a black handgun, pointing it at the victim. The victim told authorities he feared Brianna would shoot him.
According to an arrest affidavit, Brandon and Brianna left the location and went home, returning a short while later in a blue Ford Bronco. The victim told authorities that’s when Trizeah pulled out a gun and fired at least one round directly at the victim. All three then fled the location before law enforcement arrived.
BCSO said photographs obtained at the scene identified Trizeah as the shooter. The victim also identified him as the man who fired at him.
According to the sheriff’s office, prior to his arrest, Gomez had active arrest warrants for multiple charges.
According to jail records, Gomez was booked for possession of a controlled substance and abandoning or endangering a child with intent to return. Information about his bond was not provided.
