The Spurs are celebrating fans with a full weekend of events, including a free tailgate and in-game giveaways.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs are giving back to fans with a full weekend of events to close out the regular season.
Fan Appreciation Night, presented by Ledger, will take place Sunday, April 12, as the Spurs face the Denver Nuggets at 7:30 p.m.
The celebration kicks off the day before with a free fan appreciation tailgate on Saturday, April 11, at The Rock at La Cantera.
The event will feature interactive games, giveaways, appearances by Spurs mascot Coyote and the Hype Squad, and a special fan Q&A with Spurs legend Manu Ginóbili.
Fans can also take part in a chess tournament using new tables inspired by the Spurs’ global community initiatives, with prizes including game tickets and custom chess sets.
On game night, fans can expect giveaways, photo opportunities and in-arena promotions, including chances to win autographed basketballs, food and gift cards.
Every fan in attendance will receive a scratch-off ticket for prizes, along with a full arena T-shirt giveaway.
The team will also offer discounted kids meals to make the experience more family-friendly.
