San Antonio Spurs work out several prospects ahead of 2025 NBA Draft

The San Antonio Spurs are evaluating prospects and hosting workouts for promising college players.

SAN ANTONIO — The 2025 NBA Draft is approaching, and the San Antonio Spurs are evaluating potential talent to add to their roster or extend a training camp invitation.

The team has worked out the following players: Obinna Anochili-Killen (Marshall), Cam Carter (LSU), Zeke Mayo (South Dakota State/Kansas), RJ Felton (East Carolina) and Javon Small (West Virginia).

Obinna Anochili-Killen

The Marshall forward is listed at 6-8 and 217 lbs.

During the 2024-25 NCAA season, he averaged 14.4 points per game, 5.7 rebounds and 3.2 blocks. He shot 54.8% from the field and 32.8% from the 3-point line.

Cam Carter

The LSU guard is listed at 6-3 and 190 lbs.

During the 2024-25 NCAA season, he averaged 16.4 points per game, 4.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists. He shot 42% from the field and 39% from the 3-point line.

The Kansas guard is listed at 6-4 and 185 lbs.

During the 2024-25 NCAA season, he averaged 14.6 points per game, 4.8 rebounds and 2.9 assists. He shot 44% from the field and 42% from the 3-point line.

The East Carolina guard is listed at 6-3 and 200 lbs.

During the 2024-25 NCAA season, he averaged 18.8 points per game, 6.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists. He shot 41% from the field and 37% from the 3-point line.

Javon Small

The West Virginia guard is listed at 6-3 and 195 lbs.

During the 2024-25 NCAA season, he averaged 18.6 points per game, 4.1 rebounds and 5.6 assists. He shot 41% from the field and 35% from the 3-point line.
