SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Zoo is remembering the Prince of Darkness with a a special fundraiser and giveaway this weekend.
From Saturday, August 16 though Sunday, August 17, the San Antonio Zoo will be hosting a “Crazy Train” fundraiser benefitting the Parkinson’s Foundation in honor of heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne.
This weekend from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. the zoo will donate $1 from every train ride ticket to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
The “Crazy Train” tickets are available for $6 either online or in-person for adults and children over 3.
San Antonio Zoo said guests will be able to participate in special giveaways, including Ozzy-themed glasses and temporary tattoos. There will also be rock and roll trivia games to win Parkinson’s Foundation merch and visitors can take pictures in a photo booth with props.
