San Antonio’s H-E-B rolls out stickers for iOS messaging

If you’ve been seeing H-E-B stickers as an option to text, you’re eyes are not deceiving you. San Antonio’s H-E-B rolled out new stickers for texting in the iOS system earlier this month, the grocery giant told MySA.

The H-E-B stickers feature several different logos, foods and customer favorites from its brand, such as a sticker of its ice cream Creamy Creations, a picture of a Meal Simple, an H-E-B logo, the Texas Pecan coffee, the flour tortillas and more.

H-E-B said the stickers are currently only available for use on iOS. Although, Android users can receive messages with the HEB stickers. The stickers are available for users who have the My H-E-B app on their devices.

In Texas, H-E-B is a popular and loved grocery store for many. The company was recently named the best grocery retailer in the nation on January 11 by Dunnhumby, a U.K.-based global consumer research company. H-E-B beat Amazon and Costco in the ranking. It was also the second year in a row that H-E-B claimed the top spot.

The story of H‑E‑B began in 1905 in a small, family‑owned store in Kerrville in the Texas Hill Country, according to its website. H‑E‑B now serves families all over Texas and Mexico with more than 420 stores and over 145,000 employees, with its headquarters in San Antonio.
