Santikos Entertainment offers free summer movies every Tuesday and Wednesday for families.
SAN ANTONIO — Santikos Entertainment is offering a way for families to stay cool and get some free entertainment while school is out this summer.
The local theater chain is offering free Summer movies once again every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 a.m. between June 3 and July 30. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and tickets are available in person on the day of show.
The theater chain is also offering a way for kids to get a cheap snack and drink. The $5 Summer Kids Movie Combo, which includes a popcorn box and a drink.
The Summer movies include the following:
- June 3 & 4 – Minions: The Rise of Gru
- June 10 & 11 – Trolls Band Together
- June 17 & 18– The Bad Guys
- June 24 & 25 – Sonic the Hedgehog 3
- July 8 & 9 – Migration
- July 15 & 16 – Kung Fu Panda 4
- July 22 & 23 – The Wild Robot
- July 29 & 30 – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem
Santikos said in a press release it also expanding its Super Tuesday discounts to all theaters in the San Antonio area as well as theaters in our Grand & AmStar in a deal called the “Summer of Savings.” The $4.99 movie deal was previously only available at a few Santikos locations.
“Our goal with Santikos Summer of Savings is to make sure every guest at every location can join in on the fun,” said Lexi Hazlett, Digital Media Manager at Santikos.
Summer of Savings runs from June 3 to September 1.
