Police were called to an apartment complex located in the 3600 block of Binz-Engleman Road at about 10:25 a.m. Friday.

According to police, a 17-year-old boy shot his 31-year-old brother twice in the legs after they were arguing over personal property and clothing.

Police think the victim should survive his injuries. The teenager has been taken into custody, and police think he might also be injured. It’s unclear if the teenager faces any charges at this time, but if he does, he’ll likely be facing an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.
