It happened at Smitty’s Pub on Gardendale near Datapoint Drive.
SAN ANTONIO — A fight between two men outside of a bar in the Medical Center area ended with one man shot in the buttocks, according to police.
It happened around 2 a.m. Tuesday at Smitty’s Pub on Gardendale near Datapoint Drive on the northwest side of San Antonio.
We don’t know why the men were fighting, but at some point one of the guys pulled a gun and shot the other in the buttocks.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
No description was provided of the suspect, who fled from the scene in a vehicle before officers arrived.
Police are searching for the suspect.
