SAN ANTONIO — Police are looking for a driver who allegedly failed to stop and render aid after hitting a pedestrian with their vehicle early Saturday morning.
Just before 2:30 a.m., SAPD was called to the 3300 block of SW Loop 410 SB where a 42-year-old woman was walking in the grassy median between the main lanes and access road. That’s when police say a white sedan driving fast veered off the access road and onto the median, hitting the woman.
The driver fled the scene without stopping to render aid.
The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. At last check she was in stable condition.
Once the unknown driver is found, they will be facing once charge of collision involving injury.
