SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are now investigating a homicide case after a man died from an apparent gunshot wound late Friday night.
According to police, a witness called them saying he found an unresponsive man around the 7400 block of US Highway 90 West. The caller went to check on the man and noticed a gunshot wound, according to police.
The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition where he ultimately died due to his injuries.
Police do not have any suspects nor witnesses to the shooting. Homicide detectives will now take over the investigation.
