The victim was taken to University Hospital with multiple stab wounds.
SAN ANTONIO — Police are investigating after a man was found with multiple stab wounds on the west side of town early Monday morning.
Officers were asked to check out a home in the 900 block of Southwest 36th Street due to an aggravated assault around 2:18 a.m. However, when police got to the location, no one was there.
A little later, police say another person called EMS to the same location and found a man who had been cut several times.
The victim was taken to University Hospital with multiple stab wounds. At last check he was listed as stable at the hospital.
An investigation is underway into what happened.
