SAPD investigating downtown area murder of 38-year-old man, Crime Stoppers offering reward

The victims backpack and phone are missing.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a man earlier this month. 

38-year-old Curtis Davis was found dead under the I-10 bridge at N Frio Street on Wednesday, June 11. Police say he was found with a gunshot wound to his back.

Investigators said Davis was last seen the night before, leaving Haven for Hope, carrying a black backpack and his phone.

Police say that when Davis was found the next day, both were missing.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information that leads to a felony arrest in the crime.
