The victim was taken to BAMC with a head injury.
SAN ANTONIO — A man was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle while attempting to run across a street near Frost Bank Center late Monday night, police say.
It happened at the corner of East Houston Street and Coca Cola Place around 11:45 p.m., right across from Frost Bank Center.
Police say the man tried running across the street when he was hit.
He was taken to the hospital in critical condition with a head injury. Officials later updated his condition saying it was non life-threatening.
No charges are expected for the driver since he stayed on the scene.
