SAPD: Man cut by knife-wielding suspect after confrontation in northwest-side park

Police say a couple was in the park after hours when a man with a knife approached them.

SAN ANTONIO — A man was injured after a confrontation with another man who had a knife in a northwest-side park early Monday.

It happened around 1:15 a.m. at Bonnie Conner Park in the 13300 block of Woller Road.

Police say that a couple was “engaging in adult activities” in the park when a younger man with a knife approached them. The man attempted to take the knife away from the other man and was cut in the process. 

He was treated by EMS at the scene for a small cut on his hand.

Police have detained all three of the people for questioning.

No word on any charges at this time.
