SAN ANTONIO — A man has died after being stabbed on the northeast side during an altercation, SAPD says.
San Antonio police were called to the 15100 of Nacogdoches Road around 2:50 p.m. Monday afternoon.
Police say a man in his early 20s was involved in some kind of disturbance nearby and was stabbed in the torso area during the altercation.
While walking down to the street, the man asked people nearby for help, and some Good Samaritans loaded him into their vehicle and brought him to the emergency room. Police say he died before entering the building.
