SAN ANTONIO — A man was found by police with a single gunshot wound in the Medical Center area early Sunday morning.
Officers responded to the 8000 block of Fredericksburg Road around 5:15 a.m. for reports of an aggravated assault.
Arriving officers found a 32-year-old man with a gunshot wound.
Police say there were multiple people at the location, but don’t know what led up to the shooting.
The suspect fled the location following the shooting.
This is still an active investigation.
