The man was crossing the intersection of South General McMullen and West Commerce. A truck then hit the man, according to police. The driver doesn’t face charges.
SAN ANTONIO — A man is in critical condition after being hit by a truck on the west side Wednesday night, authorities say.
According to police, the man was crossing the intersection of South General McMullen and West Commerce at around 9:20 p.m. A truck turning on West Commerce reportedly hit the man while he was walking on the crosswalk.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. According to police the driver did stop and render aid and doesn’t face criminal charges.
