
San Antonio police said a man in his 20s was discovered by officers with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
SAN ANTONIO — A man was hospitalized after San Antonio police said he was shot in the chest on the city’s northeast side early Saturday morning.
According to SAPD, officers arrived at the intersection of Ira Lee Road and Laurens Lane near Salado Creek where they discovered a man with a gunshot wound to the chest.
The unidentified man in his 20s was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
Officials said they currently have no information on any suspects.
