SAN ANTONIO — A man is in critical condition after he said his brother stabbed him Thursday evening, SAPD says.
Police were called to the 300 block of Grenet around 5:45 p.m. for a stabbing.
Once there, they found a 37-year-old man with an apparent stab wound to his upper body.
The man said the suspect was his brother, a man in his early 20s. He said the assault came after an altercation between the two brothers.
The suspect fled the scene before police arrived. He has not been located as of Thursday morning.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. His status is unknown at this moment.
