SAN ANTONIO — Police are searching for a suspect accused of opening fire on a man northwest of downtown early Sunday morning.
The shooting happened just after midnight off Blanco Road and West Avenue.
Police say a man pulled in to the parking lot waiting to meet a woman. That’s when a car pulls up and someone inside started shooting.
No description was provided of the vehicle or the suspected gunman.
The man was able to drive to a nearby business for help. The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
No other injuries were reported. Police are still looking for the suspects.
