
The victim told officers he was stabbed by his significant other during an argument.
SAN ANTONIO — A man is recovering after police say they found him with multiple stab wounds at an apartment complex on the southwest side of town late Saturday night.
It happened around 11 p.m. in the 6000 block of Ray Ellison Boulevard near Loop 410.
The 35-year-old victim told SAPD that his girlfriend stabbed him with a kitchen knife during an argument. He was able to run from the apartment and call for help.
The suspect, a woman in her 40s, could not be located by police.
The victim was treated at the scene by EMS, and did not need to be taken to the hospital.
This investigation remains ongoing.
