SAPD: Masked suspects target northwest-side CBD shop in robbery

After taking merchandise from the CBD shop, the group ran out of the business, got into a silver sedan and drove away.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a northwest-side business Saturday night.

According to SAPD, officers were called around 10 p.m. on Saturday to Grass CBD in the 6400 block of Babcock Road for a reported robbery in progress.

Investigators say four masked suspects entered the store and one of them pointed a gun at an employee. Police report the suspects grabbed multiple items from the store, placing them into black bags they brought with them.

After taking the merchandise, the group ran out of the business, got into a silver sedan and drove away.

No injuries were immediately reported.

Police say the case remains under active investigation, and all details are preliminary and may change as more information becomes available.
