SAPD: Motorcyclist in critical condition after losing control while navigating a curve

The 42-year-old man reportedly lost control while navigating a curve, hitting a northern raised curb and being ejected from the motorcycle.

SAN ANTONIO — A motorcyclist is in critical condition after being thrown from his motorcycle early Saturday morning, according to police.

Police say the 42-year-old man was riding eastbound in the 3000 block of East Southcross just before 2 a.m. The man reportedly lost control while navigating the curve, hit a northern raised curb and was ejected from the motorcycle.

The man sustained major injuries and was taken to the hospital where he is in critical condition at last check.
