One other person was also hurt and taken to a local hospital.
SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio police officer was hospitalized after a crash involving two vehicles near Southeast Military and Presa, authorities say.
Officials with the San Antonio Fire Department say the unidentified officer suffered serious injuries. Authorities responded to the southeast side around 9:10 p.m. Friday in response to the accident, which sent at least one other person to the hospital.
A dark-colored truck with visible damage to its front end could be seen, as well as a damaged San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) patrol unit.


It’s unknown as of now what led up the collision.
