SAN ANTONIO — A pedestrian has died at the hospital after being hit by a vehicle on the south side, according to police.
At about 8:22 p.m. Friday, an unknown female was crossing the 1400 block of SW Military Drive. Police say she was not using a crosswalk or near an intersection. That’s when police say a BMW traveling west hit her.
The driver stopped and remained on scene to render aid.
The victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. While there, she was pronounced dead due to injuries sustained. She has not been identified and the next of kin has not been notified.
There will be no criminal charges in this case.
