SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police are asking for your help in finding a missing woman with a diagnosed medical condition last seen on the east side of town.
Josalyn Sawyer, 58, is 5’4″ tall, weighs about 100 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen on April 1 wearing a black top, black bottoms and tan sneakers near the 800 block of Dunwoodie Drive.
