It happened around 7:15 a.m. in the 700 block of Gabriel near North Walters Street and Grimes Street.
SAN ANTONIO — A man was shot early Monday morning on the east Side of town and was taken to hospital.
It happened around 7:15 a.m. in the 700 block of Gabriel near North Walters Street and Grimes Street.
Officers arrived to find the wounded man in critical condition. He was taken to BAMC and is said to be stable at this time.
Police are searching for the suspect. No description was provided by police.
