SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police said two people were wounded after a gun discharged on the city’s south side Wednesday afternoon.
SAPD responded to a home in the 900 block of Shemya Avenue around 2:50 p.m., where police said two family members were fighting over possession of a firearm. Police said during the struggle for that gun, one shot was fired and both victims, an unidentified man and woman, were hit.
Both victims were transported to a hospital, according to police. Their condition is unknown at this time.
Police said no one else was in the house at the time of the incident.
