
Police say the suspect fled following the shooting.
SAN ANTONIO — A teenage boy was grazed by a bullet while sleeping when a suspect walked up to his home and fired off multiple rounds at the house, then ran away.
It happened just before 2 a.m. in the 100 block of Julia Helen Drive near South WW White Road on the southeast side of San Antonio.
Police say the 17-year-old boy was sleeping when a suspect walked up to the home and shot towards the home multiple times. The teen was either grazed by a bullet or possibly from glass from the front window when it shattered. The suspect ran off following the shooting.
The teen was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
