San Antonio police have not said if any suspects have been identified.
SAN ANTONIO — Officials with the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) say a woman is dead and two other victims hospitalized after a suspect opened fire on the north side.
Around 5 p.m., authorities responded to the 17900 block of Winter Hill Road after receiving a call from someone reporting a body outside their home. Upon arriving, officers located a man and a woman in critical condition; they were taken to a local hospital.
When officers went inside the home, authorities said, they found a woman who had died of apparent gunshot wounds. It’s unknown, however, what led up to the gunfire and police have not said if anyone has been arrested.
