SAN ANTONIO — Want to say “I do” without breaking the bank? This Valentine’s Day, lovebirds can seal the deal on the courthouse steps in downtown San Antonio.
Bexar County Clerk Lucy Adame-Clark announced on Facebook that the county will continue its popular Valentine’s Day tradition of mass wedding ceremonies on Feb. 14, 2026.
Special ceremonies are scheduled for 12:01 a.m., 10 a.m., and noon, giving couples multiple chances to make it official on the most romantic day of the year.
Adame-Clark will officiate the free ceremonies on the north side of the Bexar County Courthouse, located at 100 Dolorosa St.
Couples must obtain a marriage license at least 72 hours before the ceremony unless one applicant is active-duty military or a judge grants a waiver.
Donations collected during the Valentine’s Day mass weddings will benefit the Bexar County Family Justice Center, spreading the love beyond the vows.
