South-central Texas will have a good chance for scattered storms, gusty winds and heavier rain starting Tuesday, May 19 through Sunday, May 24. These continuous rain chances and risks has prompted the KENS 5 Weather Team to issue Weather Impact Alert Days for those dates.

Warm days expected through Wednesday and then a little cooler temperatures later in the week. Rain chances increase Tuesday and continue through the weekend. The highest risk factors are large hail and gusty winds.
