Search discontinued for missing 69-year-old San Antonio man with intellectual disability

The San Antonio Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 69-year-old Daniel Garza, who went missing Wednesday afternoon and is considered endangered.

Garza is 5’1″ tall, weighs about 105 pounds, with brown eyes and a bald head. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with “East Central” written on it, a white and blue sweater, and navy-blue slacks.

He was last spotted around 3 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2025, in the 1600 block of Fredericksburg Road.

Police say Garza has been diagnosed with an intellectual disability, and investigators believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
