SAN ANTONIO — Nearly two months after a man was shot and killed outside a popular west-side bar on New Year’s Day, the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force has arrested a second suspect in a deadly shooting.
Dai’Vonte E’Shaun Titus-Ross, 29, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon at the Ingram Apartments in the 6000 block of Ingram Road without incident, according to authorities.
“Our deputies and task force partners worked diligently to locate and safely apprehend this suspect,” said Susan Pamerleau, U.S. marshal for the Western District of Texas. “Their continued commitment to pursuing violent offenders helps ensure they are held accountable and brings the victim’s family one step closer to the justice and closure they deserve.”
According to San Antonio police, 39-year-old Mark Howard Anthony was the first suspect arrested Saturday and charged in the murder of Marcus Robinson-Tynes, 37.
The shooting happened in the early morning hours of Jan. 1, 2026, in the Stout House Bar back parking lot along the 9000 block of Potranco Road.
According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Robinson-Tynes had been inside the bar when an argument between two groups escalated into the parking lot.
Police say multiple people began fighting outside when Robinson-Tynes reportedly attempted to intervene and used his truck to position himself between both groups.
That’s when police say Anthony and Titus-Ross pulled out handguns and began shooting.
Anthony was being held on a $125,000 bond and since bonded out of jail on Monday.
Titus-Ross is being booked into the Bexar County jail, where he will remain pending judicial proceedings.
